33rd Street Residence by Rockefeller Partners Architects





















Designed by architect Rockefeller Partners, The 33rd Street Residence is a modern house is situated on the coast of Malibu that provide views of the Pacific Ocean. The house is designed in accordance with the wishes of the client to reflect their love of southeast asia.






























































The ground floor contains a parking lot, family room, office space and a terrace overlooking the beach. Middle floor contains a bedroom, and upstairs is a public area with kitchen, dining room and living room. was done to create a broad view.













































































































































































Various types of wood used throughout the house, for floors and stairs used teak for doors and windows and mahogany are used. and for the ceiling is covered with cedar wood.
